We invest in the people who work here, including a partnership with PHUEL that covers emotional intelligence, communication, leadership, and feedback. We’ve built a clear career pathway from first-year apprentice all the way to senior stylist and beyond — and we take it seriously.

We’re looking for people who want to grow — not just technically, but as communicators, leaders, and human beings. People who are curious about the craft, take consultation seriously, and want to be part of something that means something.

We don’t care whether you’re fresh out of school or already running a column. What we care about is attitude — whether you show up, ask questions, and want to be better next week than you are today.
