Her graduation also places DI IORIO among a very select few salons nationwide to hold three L’Oréal Colour Specialist Degree graduates — a reflection of our ongoing commitment to education, innovation, and delivering exceptional results for our guests.

The L’Oréal Colour Specialist Degree is recognised as the industry’s highest standard in professional colour education. The program dives deep into the science of hair, exploring pigment behaviour, chemical interactions, and advanced formulation — empowering specialists to create precise, personalised colour results while maintaining the health and integrity of the hair.

Over five intensive months, Angie completed seven theory and seven practical modules before sitting a rigorous three-hour final assessment — combining science, technical knowledge, and live demonstration.

Becoming a Colour Specialist at DI IORIO is no small feat. It requires at least six years of experience, advanced education, and a final mark of 80% or higher. This ensures every specialist behind the chair at DI IORIO delivers results that truly honour the value of our service.

With her degree complete and her passion stronger than ever, Angie now begins the next chapter — refining her craft, mentoring others, and continuing to elevate the colour experience for our guests.
